The jumping viper is a kind of venomous pitvipers found in Mexico and Central America.
It can jump while it is striking, and also does that when it is angry.

Capybara
Capybaras are herbivores,feeding mainly on grasses and aquatic plants,as well as fruit and tree bark.
The capybara’s main predators are alligators, anacondas, caimans and piranhas.
Piranhas
Piranhas are usually 14 to 26cm long. Although some specimens have been reported to be up to 17.0 inches (43cm) in length.
Newborn piranhas feed on zooplankton and eventually move on to small fish when older.
As United States President Theodore Roosevelt described piranhas in his book, Through the Brazilian Wilderness:
“They are the most ferocious fish in the world. Even the most formidable fish,the sharks or the barracudas,normally attack things smaller than themselves. But the piranhas habitually attack things bigger.”
Piranhas eat fish, crustaceans, aquatic plants, fruits, seeds, lizards, insects, carrion that reaches the water, birds, young caimans, baby anacondas, other piranhas and also capybaras.

Mudskippers
Mudskippers can catapult themselves up to 60cm in the air.
They are a kind of amphibian, but look like fish.
Mudskippers can survive outside the water by trapping water in their gill chambers.
They can also breath through their skin (when they are wet).
Mudskippers can also climb trees.
Their predators are mostly lizards.

Echidnas and their platypus cousins are the only egg laying mammals in the whole world.

A baby echidna called a puggle is kept in it’s mother’s pouch.

Proboscis Monkeys
Proboscis monkey is a large monkey, being one of the largest monkey species native to Asia.
As a herbivore, proboscis monkeys eat mostly fruit and leaves.It also eats flowers,seeds and insects but less.
An adult proboscis monkey’s method of going to the other trees is to swim there. The youngster’s method is to leap to the other trees.
Proboscis monkeys are only found in the island of borneo.

Puff adders
Puff adders are one of the deadliest animals. They bite humans with their venomous fangs, and inject the poison inside their prey.
Like some other snakes, Puff adders rely on camouflage.
Once, a Kenyan puff adder gave birth to 156 young! This was a record-breaker, as it was reported to be the most babies born of any snake. Newborn baby puff adders can be 12.5cm to 17.5cm.
They feed mostly in the night and their prey includes mammals, birds, amphibians and lizards.
